München Sonder

Munich Dunkel

München Sonder or Munich Special, is a beautifully amber and rich Dunkel. The beer is bready, toasty and malty, it finishes with little to no sweetness. Its lager characteristics of finishing clean will keep you coming back for more liters.

Alten Wege

German Pilsner (Pils)

This Pilsner is a tribute to the Old German Brewing Techniques. Alten Wege, or "Old Ways" is brewing using a very traditional brewing schedule with very traditional and unique hand malted grains. Its very delicate with a nice smooth bitterness to cleanse the palette. Hints of bread, crackers, and floral noble hops.

Kupfer spezielle

Oktoberfest/Märzen

The common Munich Oktoberfest beer served at Wies'n (the location at which Munich celebrates its Oktoberfest) contains 6% alcohol. Its is bursting with flavor as you will pick up hard pretzel, soft pretzel, and fresh caramel. Its a full bodied traditional Märzen, with a tip of the cap to a great example Ayinger Oktoberfest/Marzen.

Schwarzy

Schwarzbier (Black Beer)

Schwarzbier, or black beer, is a dark lager made in Germany. This beer is a deep black color with hints of dark chocolate. While this beer is jet black don't let the color fool you! It drinks incredibly smooth and easy, with tons of flavor. One of my favorite seasonal beers.

Jahrzwei

Munich Helles

Jahrzwei- Or year 2 translated, is what is called as a special beer, I brewed it for the 2 year brewing anniversary at the Beerery. Its lighter in color, body and is more hoppy than its brother the Münchner Helles.
